I called from out of state to order some parts if available and there were some available I needed so I told salesman just what parts I needed . He took my order I paid and hung up. When the parts came I got parts in the boxes with the parts I ordered. I called them , one part I ordered had expensive part in it that didn't fit my vehicle but was included in the set . I had to buy the set to get the part I needed, I had to buy the expensive part too. He took me for a woman that wouldn't knownowitiigwouldDon'anydiffit

i placed an order through parts.com, a few weeks ago. i received part of my order, but did not received all of it. i have tried to contact them, via e-mail. they will not reply to any of my e-mails. they have no phone number to reach them, but they will return e-mails when you place an order. Or have a question about a product. i have continuly e-mailed them over and over about this matter. never a response. so i suggest not using parts.com. because you have no costumer service with this company.
